Over 4 generations the Torres family has been creating the finest reproductions of original Mayan, Aztec, Olmec and other pre-Columbian figures. They have travelled to the ancient archeological sites, studied museum pieces and have an extensive library of books to get all the details exactly correct. They use the best clay, fire the pieces in original style wood kilns, and finish with special pigmentation and an ageing process that makes it hard to distinguish from the original.
